Senior Manager- Credit Analyst Graduation (any discipline) and PG Degree/Diploma with specialization in Finance or CA/CMA/CS/CFA. Minimum 6 years of experience in Credit in Public/Private/Foreign Banks/Financial Institutions in India.
Chief Manager- Credit Analyst Graduation (any discipline) and PG Degree/Diploma with specialization in Finance or CA/CMA/CS/CFA. Minimum 8 years of experience in any Bank with at least 5 years in Credit Appraisal in Corporate Credit.
Senior Manager C & IC- RM Graduation (any discipline) and PG Degree/Diploma with specialization in Finance or CA/CMA/CS/CFA. Minimum 6 years of experience in Public/Private/Foreign Banks/FIs with at least 2 years in Sales/RM in Corporate Credit.
Chief Manager C&IC- RM Graduation (any discipline) and PG Degree/Diploma with specialization in Finance or CA/CMA/CS/CFA. Minimum 8 years of work experience in Public/Private/Foreign Banks/FIs with at least 4 years in Sales/RM in Corporate Credit.

Bank of Baroda Probation Period and Service Bond:

  • Probation Period: 1 year of active service from the date of joining.
  • Service Bond: Selected candidates must serve the bank for a minimum of 3 years, or compensate the bank with ₹5 lakh in case of breach of bond terms.

Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process:

The selection of candidates for the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2025 may involve multiple stages designed to assess their suitability for the roles.

  • Online Test: The selection process may start with an online test. The test will consist of four sections: Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge, totaling 225 marks. The first three sections are qualifying in nature, and there is no negative marking for wrong answers.
  • Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI): Candidates who qualify in the online test will be shortlisted for a Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview. These stages will assess personality, communication skills, and suitability for the post.
