- MMG/S – II (Middle Management Grade Scale II) – For Manager posts; salary range Rs.64,820 – Rs.93,960.
- MMG/S – III (Middle Management Grade Scale III) – For Senior Manager posts; salary range Rs.85,920 – Rs.1,05,280.
- SMG/S – IV (Senior Management Grade Scale IV) – For Chief Manager posts; salary range Rs.1,02,300 – Rs.1,20,940.

Bank of Baroda Senior Manager Recruitment Selection Process:
- Shortlisting – Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications, experience, and overall suitability for the post.
- Selection Rounds – Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for Personal Interview (PI) and/or other methods like Group Discussion (GD), Psychometric Test, or Online Exam as decided by the Bank.
- Final Merit – Candidates must score at least 55% in GD/PI and qualify in all selection rounds. The final selection will be based on merit, and in case of a tie, the older candidate will be ranked higher.
