- Candidates must have passed the 10th class and
- possess an ITI certificate in Machinist, Fitter trade from a recognized institute.

BTSC Pump Operator Recruitment 2025 Selection Procedure :
The selection process consists of a Written Examination, followed by Document Verification and a Medical Examination.
Selection Process — Appointment to the post of Pump Operator will be made on the basis of a Competitive Examination.
(i) Preparation of Merit List for Selection on the Basis of Written Competitive Examination —
The merit list of candidates will be prepared in the following manner:
(a) For the Written Competitive Examination (Computer Based Test) — Maximum Marks: 100
(ii) Written Competitive Examination —
The Commission will conduct the Written Competitive Examination for all candidates through the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
