Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has released the notification for the Recruitment of Operator (Forklift/AWP & Diesel Cranes) – Contractual under the Digitisation Project of the District Judiciary with 27 Vacancies. CSL Operator Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit
The upper age limit is 45 years as on 21st November 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
- OBC (NCL): 3 years relaxation
- SC: 5 years relaxation
- Ex-Servicemen/Retired CAPF: Upper age limit is 60 years.
CSL Operator Qualification 2025
- Educational Qualification: Pass in VII Standard.
- Mandatory Requirement: Possess a valid Heavy Vehicle / Forklift Driving Licence.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in operating Forklift / Aerial Work Platform / Diesel Cranes.
CSL Operator Salary 2025:
- Consolidated Pay: ₹27,000/- per month during the first year of contract, with an annual increase in subsequent years.
- Extra Hours: Payment at double rate for working on holidays, limited to a maximum of 25 hours per month.
CSL Operator Recruitment 2025 Application Fee:
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee. The fee must be paid online.

CSL Operator Recruitment 2025 Selection Process:
The selection will be based solely on a Practical Test (100 marks).
Minimum Pass Marks:
- UR/EWS: 50%
- OBC: 45% (for reserved posts)
- SC: 40% (for reserved posts)
A rank list will be prepared based on marks secured in the practical test. In case of a tie, the older candidate will be ranked higher.
