Educational Qualification
- The candidate must graduate from any discipline at a university recognized by the government of India.
- The candidate must be proficient in computers.
- Preference will be given to those candidates who know the regional language.
- Final-year students may apply provisionally and must provide proof of graduation if they are called for an interview. The graduation must be completed on or before 01.03.2025

IDBI Bank JAM Recruitment 2025 Selection Procedure:
The selection procedure will be based on-
- Online Test
- Personal Interview
- Medical Fitness
Stage 1: Online Test
Candidates who pass will be called for a personal interview.
Stage 2: Personal Interview
- IDBI Bank will decide the number of candidates to be interviewed.
- An adequate number of candidates from each category will be selected.
- Only those who qualify for the Interview will be considered.
- The Interview carries 100 marks.
- Candidates must score at least 50% (or 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) to qualify for final selection.
- Selection is based on ranking high in the combined merit list.
- Final Score Calculation:
- 75% from the Online Test
- 25% of the Interview
Stage 3: Medical Fitness
Candidates applying under IDBI PGDBF Recruitment 2025 must be medically fit as per the Bank’s Medical Officer.
IDBI Bank JAM Recruitment 2025 Exam Pattern:
- The duration of the exam is 120 minutes.
- The medium of paper is available in both English & Hindi.
- 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- There is no penalty for questions left blank.
- The final score will be calculated after deducting penalties for wrong answers.
