♦Skills Required:
- Physical and Medical Fitness
♦Educational Qualification:
- Class 8th; Class 10th/Matriculation or equivalent; 10+2/Intermediate or equivalent in relevant disciplines
♦Eligibility:
- Soldier General Duty: Class 10th / Matric pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For Boards following grading system, Minimum D Grade (33-40) in each subjects or grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate of C2 grade.
- Soldier Technical: 10+2/Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with min 50 % marks in Qualification:aggregate and min 40% in each subject.
- Soldier Clerk / Store Keeper Technical / Inventory Management: 10+2/Intermediate Exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and min 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths / Accounts / Book Keeping in class 12th is mandatory.
♦Age Limit:
- 17 1⁄2 years of age and not be more than 23 years (21 years – for Soldier GD) i.e. born between October 01, 1997 to April 01, 2003 as specified in the advertisement.
♦Important Date:
- Starting Date to Apply Online: 28th March 2020
- Closing Date to Apply Online: 11th May 2020
- Rally Date :27 May 2020 to 05 Jun 2020
♦Selection Process
- How To Apply Candidates applying for Soldier posts through Army Recruitment Rally scheduled to be held from May 27, 2020 to June 5, 2020 at the Sonarwani, Bandipora (J&K) must register and submit their applications on the official Indian Army website at http://www.joinindianarmy.nic.in/Authentication.aspx on or before May 11, 2020.
