Indian Bank (Indian Bank) has released the notification for the recruitment of Apprentices with 1500 Vacancies. Important Guidelines for Applicants:

Educational Qualification
- Candidates must hold a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- A crucial requirement is that candidates must have completed their graduation and received their passing certificate on or after April 1, 2021.
Age Limit (as of 01.07.2025)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years
Age Relaxation
Relaxation in the upper age limit is provided for reserved category candidates as per government guidelines:
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 Years
- Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 Years
- Widows, divorced women, and women legally separated (who have not remarried): Up to the age of 35 for General/EWS, 38 for OBC, and 40 for SC/ST candidates.
Other Criteria
- Candidates who have previously undergone apprenticeship training or have job experience of one year or more are not eligible.
- The candidate must be proficient (reading, writing, speaking) in the local language of the state they are applying for.
Indian Bank Apprentice 2025 Salary:
Apprentices engaged under this program will receive a monthly stipend based on the location of posting. No additional allowances or benefits will be provided during the 12-month training period.

Indian Bank Apprentice Manager 2025 Selection Process:
The selection process for the Indian Bank Apprentice role is designed to be comprehensive and fair, ensuring the best candidates are chosen. It consists of the following stages:
Stage 1: Online Written Examination
All eligible applicants will be called for an online objective-type examination. The test will have a composite time of 60 minutes.

- Negative Marking: Yes, 1/4th of the mark assigned to a question will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- Language: The test will be available in major regional languages, except for the English Language section.
Stage 2: Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)
Candidates who qualify in the online exam will have to undergo a Local Language Proficiency Test.
- You must be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in the official language of the state you have applied for.
- Exemption: Candidates who can provide a mark sheet/certificate for 8th, 10th, or 12th standard proving they have studied the specified local language will not be required to take this test.
Stage 3: Final Merit List
The final selection will be based on the merit list, which will be drawn state-wise and category-wise based on the aggregate marks obtained in the online examination.
