MPSC ASO Salary and Benefits 2025:
Selected candidates for the Assistant Section Officer post will be entitled to a handsome salary package and other benefits as per government norms.
Pay Scale: S-16: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400.
Allowances and other perks will be applicable as per Maharashtra Government rules.

MPSC ASO Selection Process 2025:
The selection process for the MPSC ASO Limited Departmental Competitive Examination will consist of a single stage:
Written Examination:
- The examination will be objective type with multiple-choice questions.
- There will be two question papers.
- The total marks for the examination will be 200.
- The detailed syllabus and examination scheme are available on the MPSC’s official website under “Candidate Information > Examination > Syllabus of Examination”.
Final Selection:
- The final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the written examination.
- Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee a recommendation for the post.
