NIT Delhi Faculty Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates willing to apply for the National Institute of Technology Delhi Faculty Recruitment 2025 must hold the required eligibility criteria. Any candidate failing to meet the eligibility will not be eligible to appear for the selection process.

Age Limit:
Fresh appointments beyond the age of 60 years are discouraged except in the case of faculty with exceptionally brilliant research careers and ongoing or approved externally funded research projects.
NIT Delhi Faculty 2025 Pay Scale:
The National Institute of Technology Delhi offers attractive salaries as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC):
- Assistant Professor: Level 12 (7th CPC) – Pay Band-3, Grade Pay Rs. 8000, minimum pay Rs. 30,000.
- Associate Professor: Level 13A2 (7th CPC) – Pay Band-4, Grade Pay Rs. 9500, minimum pay Rs. 42,800.
- Professor: Level 14A (7th CPC) – Pay Band-4, Grade Pay Rs. 10,500, minimum pay Rs. 48,000.
