PRL Technical Assistant & Technician-B Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria:
The eligibility parameters for PRL Recruitment 2025 are set by the Physical Research Laboratory (PRL) to recruit eligible candidates for Technical Assistant and Technician-B posts.
Educational Qualification
- Technical Assistant: First Class Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science/IT, Electronics) from a recognized State Board.
- Technician-B: Matric (SSC/SSLC/10th Std. Pass) plus ITI / NTC / NAC in the relevant trade (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, etc.) from NCVT.
Age Limit (as on 31.10.2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years (UR)
- Age relaxation for reserved categories will be provided as per government rules.

PRL Selection Process 2025:
- Written Test: 80 MCQs, 1.5 hours duration, +1 mark for correct answer and -0.33 for wrong answer.
- Skill Test: Qualifying in nature, conducted for 100 marks.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for the Skill Test in a 1:5 ratio based on Written Test performance.
