Department of School Education, Punjab (Punjab Education Recruitment Board) has released the notification for the recruitment of PTI Teacher with 2000 Vacancies. Punjab PTI Teacher 2025 Selection Process:
The Selection process of Punjab PTI Vacancies includes physical fitness test, Written test and Sports Achievements. Physical fitness test is qualifying in nature. The merit list will be prepared according to the marks obtained in written test and Sports achievements.

1. Written Test
Type: Objective (MCQ Based)
Mode: Offline (OMR Sheet Based)

Note: The written exam serves as the primary merit-deciding component for selection.
2. Physical Eligibility Test (PET)
After qualifying the written exam, candidates will undergo a Physical Eligibility Test, which is of qualifying nature only.
Important Rule:
A candidate must successfully complete 3 out of the 5 physical test components to qualify.
Male Candidate Criteria:

Female Candidate Criteria:

Note: Candidates who fail to qualify at least 3 components will be disqualified.
3. Sports Achievement Weightage
In addition to the written exam, candidates will be awarded up to 30 marks based on their certified sports achievements, as per the gradation certificate issued by the Punjab Sports Department.
Marks Allotted as per Sports Gradation:

- Candidates can claim marks for only one valid gradation certificate, following the Revised Sports Gradation Policy 2023.
- This component boosts overall merit but is not mandatory to qualify.
Important: Candidates applying under the sports quota will be governed by the Punjab Sportsmen Recruitment Rules, 1988.

- Physical Test is qualifying and does not contribute to merit marks.
- Final selection is based on the combined score of the written exam and sports weightage.
