STPI Recruitment 2025
Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), an autonomous society under Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India, has invited online applications from eligible candidates for various Group ‘A’ S&T and below Group ‘A’ S&T and non-S&T positions. Through this recruitment drive, a total of 21 vacancies will be filled for positions including Scientist, Technical Support Staff, Administrative Officers and Assistants. STPI Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Scientist ‘B’: B.E./B.Tech (1st class) in ECE/CS/IT or MCA/M.Sc (1st class) or M.Tech/Ph.D in relevant disciplines
- MTSS ES-V: 3-year Diploma in Electronics/CS/IT or B.E./B.Tech or DOEACC ‘A’ level with 2 years experience
- MTSS ES-IV: 3-year Diploma in Electronics/CS/IT or B.E./B.Tech or DOEACC ‘A’ level with 1 year experience
- MTSS ES-III: 3-year Diploma in Electronics/CS/IT or B.E./B.Tech or DOEACC ‘A’ level
- MTSS ES-II: Matric with ITI/NAC or 10+2 with Science or DOEACC ‘O’ level
- Administrative Officer: Graduate with 6 years or Post Graduate with 4 years experience
- Assistant A-IV: Graduate with 4 years or Post Graduate with 2 years experience
- Assistant A-III: Graduate with 2 years or Post Graduate with 1 year experience
- Assistant A-II: Graduate in any discipline
- Assistant A-I: Intermediate with typing skill
- Office Attendant: Matriculate or equivalent

Selected candidates will receive salary under respective Pay Levels of 7th CPC along with admissible allowances as per Government rules.

For Scientist ‘B’ (Level 10):
- Written Test followed by Interview
- 70:30 weightage for written test and interview
