• Third, update the hiring process in educational and research institutions with the globally accepted standard. This process must be transparent, fast and not affected by any influence.
• Fourth, there is an urgent need to establish a robust Science grant management system that will facilitate better research. This system must provide faster and timely grants, student Scholarship disbursal, no hard copy submission and autonomy to individual scientists.
• Fifth and last expectation of scientists from the upcoming government is very crucial and important for the overall betterment of the sector. It is to provide freedom to speak and write. Government must provide scientists with the freedom to write their research without any interference.
• The ease of doing Science and providing freedom to scientists to speak and write are two important factors for India to achieve the goal of becoming the second largest economy by 2050.
