  1. Fanciful (adj.)

Meaning: not real and existing only in the imagination (काल्पनिक)

Synonyms: fictitious, imaginary, unreal

Antonyms: real, actual, true

Sentence: Designing silicon chips to mimic human organs sounds fanciful.

  1. Gauche (adj.)

Meaning: lacking ease or grace; unsophisticated and socially awkward. (भद्दा)

Synonyms: awkward, clumsy, uneasy

Antonyms: graceful, urbane, suave

Sentence: His loud talking at the opera marked him as gauche and uncultured.

  1. Delectable (adj.)

Meaning: very pleasing to the sense of taste (स्वादिष्ट)

Synonyms: delicious, tasteful, edible

Antonyms: tasteless, insipid, unsavory

Sentence: Fried onions make the final delectable touch.

  1. Jesting (adj.)

Meaning: said or done for amusement; joking. (उपहास)

Synonyms: joking, sarcastic, kidding

Sentence: Stop jesting and be serious for a moment!

  1. Cronies (noun)

Meaning: a person frequently seen in the company of another; as in associates (साथी)

Synonyms: associates, colleagues, buddies

Sentence: He was playing cards with his cronies.

  1. Rambunctious (adj.)

Meaning: noisy and lacking inn restraint or discipline (उधमी)

Synonyms: boisterous, unruly, robustious

Antonyms: orderly, staid, solemn

Sentence: Their rambunctious son always got into trouble.

Meaning: a disorderly or noisy group of people. (झुण्ड)

Synonyms: cluster, batch, collection

Antonyms: unit, entity, item

Sentence: A gaggle of journalists sit in a hotel foyer waiting impatiently.

Meaning: prevent (someone) from accomplishing something. (रोकना)

Synonyms: deterrence, preventing, hampering

Antonyms: promoting, advancing, encouraging

Sentence: We must thwart his malevolent schemes.

  1. Leery (adj.)

Meaning: cautious or wary due to realistic suspicions. (सावधान)

Synonyms: wary, cautious, skeptical

Antonyms: heedless, unwary, unsuspicious

Sentence: She seemed a little leery about the proposal.

  1. Gabby (adj.)

Meaning: excessively or annoyingly talkative. (बातूनी)

Synonyms: talkative, chatty, loquacious

Antonyms: laconic, silent, reticent

Sentence: Jack became gabby on his favorite topic.
