UCSL Deputy Manager Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

The UCSL Deputy Manager Recruitment 2025 has defined clear eligibility criteria for all candidates regarding age, educational qualification, and experience.

Age Limit

The upper age limit for applicants is 35 years as on 21st November 2025. (Candidate must be born on or after 22nd November 1990).

  • Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC candidates and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.
Qualification & Experience

Candidates must hold a relevant engineering degree with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university.

UCSL Deputy Manager Salary 2025:

Selected candidates for the Deputy Manager (E2 Grade) post will be placed in the pay scale of ₹ 50,000 – 3% – 160,000. The approximate monthly emoluments at the start of the scale will be around ₹ 98,400/-, which includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, and Perks. Other benefits include Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, and Leave Encashment.
