AAICLAS Security Screener Pay and Allowances :
Initial Stipend (Fresher): Provisionally selected candidates will receive a stipend of ₹15,000/- per month.
Remuneration after Certification: After successful completion of required trainings and passing examinations, the post will change to Security Screener (Certified) with the following consolidated pay:
First Year: ₹30,000/- Fixed Per Month
Second Year: ₹32,000/- Fixed Per Month
Third Year: ₹34,000/- Fixed Per Month
Other Benefits:
TA/DA/Lodging & Boarding (if on tour) equivalent to three-tier AC rail fare.
Leaves: 18 Privilege Leave, 12 Half Pay Leave (sick leave), 9 Casual Leave, and 2 Restricted Holidays in a year.
PF Contribution: ₹1800 p.m. as per prevailing EPF Act. Medical Insurance: A maximum of ₹10,000/- per annum will be reimbursed for medical insurance for self & dependent family members.
Gratuity: As per Gratuity Act, wherever applicable.

Important Exam Rules:
- If passed in 1st attempt → Full salary ₹30,000/month starts.
- If failed in 1st attempt → Stipend reduced to ₹10,000.
- If failed again in 2nd attempt → Contract will be terminated.
- Second attempt expenses (training + travel) must be paid by the candidate.
After Passing Exams
- Title: Security Screener (Certified)
- Salary:
1st Year: ₹30,000
2nd Year: ₹32,000
3rd Year: ₹34,000 - Benefits: TA/DA, Medical Insurance, PF, Leave, Gratuity (as per rules)
AAICLAS Security Screener Recruitment 2025 Selection Process:
- Shortlisting: Candidates with higher marks in Graduation will be given priority for online interaction/interview.
- Online Interview: Based on performance in the interview, a merit list will be prepared.
