BOB LBO 2025 Salary:
The Local Bank Officers will be recruited in JMG/S-I, with a starting basic pay of ₹48,480/-. This is subject to regular increments as per the bank’s pay structure. Apart from basic pay, candidates will be entitled to various allowances and benefits, including:

BOB Local Bank Officer Selection Process:
The selection process for Bank of Baroda LBO Recruitment 2025 will be multi-staged, designed to assess both technical and behavioural competencies of candidates:
Online Test: Objective-based written test to assess knowledge and aptitude.
Language Proficiency Test: Candidates who have not studied the specified local language in the 10th or 12th std. will be required to appear in the LPT.
Psychometric Test or Other Relevant Tests: Conducted to evaluate the candidate’s personality traits and suitability for the banking role.
Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted candidates may be invited for GD to assess communication, leadership, and team skills.
Interview: Final stage to evaluate professional knowledge, attitude, and bank-fit.
Bank Of Baroda LBO Exam Pattern 2025:
The Bank of Baroda will conduct an online exam for the post of Local Bank Officer (LBO). The BOB 2025 exam will have four sections which is English Language, Banking Knowledge, General/Economic Awareness, and Reasoning & Quantitative Aptitude. There will be a total of 120 questions and each section will have 30 questions. Candidates will get 30 minutes to complete each section, so the total exam time will be 2 hours (120 minutes). Each question carries 1 mark and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
