Explanation: To grant drones to women self groups a central center scheme has been approved by the union government with an outlay of Rs.1261 crore.

This decision was taken by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi under the meeting of the union cabinet.The plan wants to provide 15,000 chosen groups of women drones from 2023 to 2026.

These drones will be used to rent out services to farmers for farming needs, according to an official statement.

Explanation: Madagascar’s current President, Andry Rajoelina, won the presidential election by getting over 50% of the votes, according to initial results from the country’s Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) on Saturday.

Rajoelina received a total of 2,856,090 votes, which is 58.95% of the total votes, as reported by the Xinhua news agency.

Explanation: SBI Mutual Fund got permission from the RBI to buy up to a 9.99% share in Karur Vysya Bank Ltd.
