First delta ranking of Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP) by NITI Aayog:
The first even delta ranking program for one of the most promising initiatives of government of India Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP) released by NITI Aayog. Telangana secures the top position in this ranking followed by Uttar Pradesh.
Tiryani Block of Komaram Bheem Asifabad District, Telangana has topped the delta ranking of Aspirational Blocks Programme. On the other hand, the Kaushambi block of Kaushambi District, Uttar Pradesh is on the second position in this ranking system.

About the delta ranking of ABP:
The delta ranking for Aspirational Blocks Programme is launched by NITI Aayog in a virtual event. There are 500 Aspirational Blocks and 329 districts illuminate the event as participants.
The delta ranking of Aspirational Blocks Programme is based on the parameters of success and achievements under the key performance indicators especially in the month of June 2023 referred by the responsible authority. The Aspirational Blocks Programme is based on healthy competition and cooperative federalism.
In October 2023, Aspirational District Programme had also released its ranking in which odisha topped the ranking followed by Bihar. Rayagada District of Odisha secured first rank and Jamui District of Bihar ranked second.
Wall Of Fame by NITI Aayog:
The top ranked state, districts and Blocks will be showcased on the Wall Of Fame initiated by NITI Aayog. It will also display the development projects under the ADP and ABP Programme of top rankers to improve their individual ranking and improve their key parameters indicators.
There are 40 key permission indicators to define the rank of states, districts and Blocks across the country on the basis of development and achievements.
About Aspirational Blocks Programme:
One of the great initiatives to bring healthy competitiveness among districts and Blocks to move forward to development named Aspirational Blocks Programme was launched on 7th January 2023. This Programme emphasizes the overall quality improvement of governance to make the life of citizens better and comfortable.
The aim of Aspirational Blocks Programme is to implement government schemes, convergence of schemes, evaluate the outcomes of development projects and monitor them to get the maximum benefits.
27 states and 4 union Territories of India with 500 Blocks and 329 districts are the part of Aspirational Blocks Programme launched by Government of India.
Conclusion:
Aspirational District Programme and Aspirational Blocks Programme are two most successful initiatives of the government of India. By releasing the delta ranking of ADP and ABP, NITI Aayog provides encouragement of those Districts and Blocks which are the part of these programs and continue promoting development with great efforts to make India a developed country in future.
