“Arogya Setu App” Govt. of India The Aarogya Setu is a tracking app that has been recently launched by the Centre to find out about coronavirus infection cases using a GPS system and Bluetooth – features present in all smartphones. The government will use these smartphone features to determine if a person is living close to a patient of COVID-19. The application supports 11 languages.
‘GoK Direct’ App Kerala The Kerala government launched the ‘GoK Direct’ app to increase awareness on the coronavirus pandemic. It is essentially a news providing application.
‘Test Yourself Goa App” GOA The Goa Health Ministry collaborated with Innovaccer to develop the ‘Test Yourself Goa’ application. It was launched to help users self-diagnose and find out if they have any telling symptom associated with the novel coronavirus disease.
“MahaKavach’ App Maharashtra Govt.


The ‘Mahakavach’ app was developed to trace the contact history of COVID-19 patients, by finding out the places they visited and people they interacted with before the virus infection was detected.
“Apurti Suvidha App” Noida Authority


The ‘Noida Authority Apurti Suvidha’ application was launched this week to start home delivery of essential items to residents.
COVID-19 Quarantine monitoring app Tamil Nadu To ensure that people under home quarantine do not violate any rule, the COVID-19 Quarantine Monitor application was launched. The Tamil Nadu government collaborated with Pixxon Ai Solutions to develop this app. Users can also use the application to check if they have any COVID-19 symptom.
“TOP Parent” MP Department of school education, Madhya Pradesh government has launched Top Parent Mobile App and is available to download from google play store. MP govt. also starts Digi Lap – Aapki Padhai Aapke Ghar Scheme 2020 for students learning at home. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has sent the first whatsapp message to students through digi lap appki padhai aapke ghar scheme. These initiatives will enable students to continue their studies in an interesting manner at home.
“Corona Watch App” Karnataka ‘Corona Watch’ that reportedly shows the location of COVID-19-infected persons and their movement history of 14 days. The app developed by Karnataka Geographic Information System Agency features a map of Karnataka that highlights all spots visited by COVID-19 patients before they were diagnosed.
‘Quarantine Watch’


Karnataka It has a GPS-based feature that helps track people under home quarantine to make sure they do not venture out. It also has a provision to send selfies to the government to prove they are strictly following isolation rules.
“COVA App” Punjab The COVA Punjab was launched by the Punjab government. It is essentially a coronavirus tracker that can also be used to obtain curfew passes and report large gatherings of people.
“Sandhan App” West Bengal The West Bengal government is launch the “Sandhan” app for health workers moving from one locality to another to find out in which areas people are affected and then the precautionary measures will be taken for those areas. This app will help locate COVID-19 hotspots in the state.

Telangana Public Health and Family Welfare Department, Govt of Telangana, swiftly deployed India’s first automated “COVID – 19 Monitoring System App” developed by Vera Smart Healthcare to identify, undertake live surveillance, track, monitor, and provide real-time analytics to Chief Minister and the Health Department.
“Covidcare App” Arunachal Pradesh Arunachal Pradesh government has launched a newly developed app called COVIDCARE, in an effort to fight COVID-19.

This app has been developed for those people who are quarantined, asymptomatic or COVID-19 patients to self-report their health status, including body temperature and vital symptoms and in case of emergency, the patient will be able to call for help through the app itself

“Naadi” App Puducherry NAADI platform offers Comprehensive Multi-Level, Multi-modal and Multi-lingual Tracing, Tracking and Containment of COVID-19 Quarantined/Under Observation/Infected Individuals.
“Rakhsa Serva App”: Chhattisgarh


Chhattisgarh police and a Noida based startup ‘Mobcoder’ developed an app called ‘Raksha Sarva’ which will help them to track the quarantined people amidst of COVID-19 through Google map.
‘MCovid-19” App Mizoram Mizoram government has launched a comprehensive mobile app containing various information and updates on COVID-19.
“Pragyaam App” Jharkhand Jharkhand Govt has launched the Pragyaam app to issue e-passes to those working in essential services.
“Self Declaration” App Nagaland Update the health status daily in the App by using the home quarantine tab, answer phone calls from control room/surveillance team, cooperate with the surveillance team during home visits and strictly follow the guidelines on home quarantine
Corona Kavach Union Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology App created by the Union Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

This application provides users with real-time location of infected users who have activated the ‘Kavach’ feature.

“Corontine” App IIT Bombay A team at IIT Bombay along with some professional and experienced alumni claimed to have built a mobile app named ‘CORONTINE’ that will help in tracking the potential or suspected asymptomatic carriers (AC) of coronavirus if they leave their quarantine zone.
COVID-19 Feedback Govt. of India This application was developed by the Centre to get direct feedback from people who have undergone coronavirus treatment in the country.
Chatbot Govt. of India The Prime Minister had announced the launch of a WhatsApp chatbot so that the citizens can get instant and authentic answers to all their queries related to the coronavirus pandemic. All they have to do is drop a ‘Hi’ on the number 919013151515. One can also call on the MyGov Corona Helpdesk to get answers to pertinent queries such as the symptoms of the deadly disease, nearest COVID-19 testing facility.
