Eligibility Criteria:

- Educational Qualification
- Candidate must have passed Matriculation (10th Class) from a recognized Board of Education.
- Driving License Requirement
- Possession of a valid Driving License for Motor Cars (LMV) issued by a competent authority.
- Possession of a valid Motorcycle Driving License is desirable.
- Motor Mechanism Knowledge
- Candidate should have basic knowledge of Motor Mechanism and must be able to remove minor defects in vehicles.
- Driving Experience
- At least 1 year of driving experience of a Motor Car after obtaining a valid Driving License.
- The Experience Certificate must be issued from any Central/State/Semi-Government Department/Organization/Institute/Corporation or PSUs/Autonomous Bodies/Registered Firms.
- Domicile Certificate
- Candidate must possess a Domicile Certificate of the State against which he/she has applied.
- Age Limit (as on 28.09.2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 27 years
Age Relaxations:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC (NCL): 3 years
Departmental Candidates (Central Govt. Civilian Employees with 3 years regular service): Up to 40 years
Widows/Divorced Women/Women Judicially Separated (and not remarried):
- UR: Up to 35 years
- OBC: Up to 38 years
- SC/ST: Up to 40 years
Ex-Servicemen: As per Government rules.

IB Security Assistant MT Salary 2025:
The IB Security Assistant MT Salary 2025 is as per the 7th Pay Commission. Selected candidates will receive:
- Pay Scale: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 (Level-3)
- Perks & Benefits: HRA, DA, Transport Allowance, and other government benefits.

IB Security Assistant (Motor Transport) Selection Process 2025:
The selection process for IB SA/MT Recruitment 2025 will be conducted in multiple stages. Candidates must clear each stage to qualify.
- Tier-I Written Examination (100 Marks) – Objective type test covering General Awareness, Driving Rules, Reasoning, Aptitude, and English.
- Tier-II Exam (50 Marks) – Driving Test and Motor Mechanism Test followed by Interview.
- Document Verification (DV) – Verification of original certificates.
- Medical Examination (ME) – Medical fitness test as per IB standards.
