NTPC Limited Deputy Manager Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech degree in respective discipline (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)
- Minimum 60% marks from recognized University/Institution
- Degree must be from an accredited engineering college
Experience Criteria:
- Minimum 6 years post-qualification executive experience in Erection/Engineering/Design
- Mandatory 2 years experience specifically in nuclear island operations
- Preference given to candidates with BARC training school certification
- Working experience in DAE (Department of Atomic Energy) projects highly preferred
Age Requirements:
- Maximum age: 33 years (calculated as on October 21, 2025)
- Age relaxation available for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per government norms

Selected candidates will receive competitive compensation in E4 Grade with IDA pay scale ranging from ₹70,000 to ₹2,00,000. This represents one of the premium salary packages in India’s power sector, reflecting NTPC’s position as the country’s largest power generation company.
