OPSC Assistant Professor Salary & Benefits (Academic Level-12):
Selected candidates for the post of Assistant Professor (Broad Speciality) will be placed in the Academic Level-12 of ORSP (MCT) Rules, 2019. They will also be entitled to the usual dearness allowance and other allowances as sanctioned by the Government of Odisha from time to time. Appointees on or after January 1, 2005, will be covered under the defined Contributory Pension Scheme.

The selection process for the OPSC Assistant Professor is based on the written exam. The candidates who qualify for the written exam will be invited for the document verification round with their original documents of education and experience.
