OPTCL Junior Maintenance & Operator Trainee (JMOT) 2025 Salary:
The Junior Maintenance & Operator Trainee shall be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 17,000/-
per month during the period of training. On successful completion of training, the candidates will be appointed as Assistant Technician (NE-4) on probation for one (1) year in the Pay Matrix of Rs. 25,600/- to Rs. 81,200/- (Level: NE-(T)-4) with initial Basic Pay of Rs. 25,600/-.
N.B: Besides the Initial Basic Pay, DA, HRA or Company Accommodation, Medical Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, other applicable allowances, Medical Insurance, NPS and various loans / advances etc shall be paid as per applicable rules of the Corporation in force from time to time.

Selection Process for OPTCL JMOT Recruitment 2025:
The selection for OPTCL JMOT Recruitment 2025 will be done in two phases:
Computer Based Test (CBT)
- 200 MCQs (3 hours duration)
- Subject Knowledge (80%), English (10%), Numerical/GK & Reasoning (10%)
- 1 mark per correct answer, 0.25 negative marking
Skill Test
- Conducted for candidates shortlisted in 1:3 ratio
- Practical test on electrical operations like tower climbing, isolator operations, etc.
