Chief Risk Officer
Graduate degree with-(1) Professional certification in Financial Risk Manager from Global Association of Risk Professionals.
Professional Risk Manager
Certification from PRMIA Institute.
Two years’ experience as CRO
in such regulated lender(s) in
respect of which there is regulatory requirement of appointing CRO with Board approval.
Chief Digital Officer
Bachelor’s/ Master’s
Degree in a relevant field such
as Finance, Business
Administration, Computer
Science, Information
Technology.
B. Tech Degree from a top
tiered Institution.
PNB CRO and CDO Recruitment Age Limit:
Chief Risk Officer
Min 35 years and Max less that 55 years as on 1 July 2023.
Chief Digital Officer
Min 35 years and Max 50 years as on 1 July 2023.
