Punjab and Sind Bank LBO Salary and Benefits:
The pay scale for LBOs in JMGS-I is ₹48,480–₹85,920, with allowances including DA, HRA/leased accommodation, CCA, medical benefits, LTC, and retirement benefits. At joining, candidates will receive 3 additional increments, and increments for JAIIB/CAIIB qualifications will also be protected.

Punjab & Sind Bank LBO Selection Process:
The selection will be conducted in multiple stages:
- Online Written Test (English, Banking Knowledge, General Awareness, Computer Aptitude – total 120 marks)
- Screening
- Personal Interview (30% weightage in final merit)
- Local Language Proficiency Test (mandatory for final selection)
The final merit list will be prepared state-wise based on the combined marks of the written test and interview.
