Solutions 

Sol (1 -5): Logic- Word is arranged from left and number is arranged from right. In each step one word and one number is arranged.
Words- Word which have least place valued vowel arranged first after arranging all letters in alphabetical order present in that word. Then, 2nd least valued vowel word and so on.
Numbers- Numbers are arranged in descending order after adding 3 in even number and subtract 3 in odd numbers.

Step I: ACXZ 45 28 UYTR 34 BOLK 17 INMJ ERTW 92
Step II: ERTW ACXZ 28 UYTR 34 BOLK 17 INMJ 92 42

Sol(6 – 10): At least three persons have voting after J who is from BJP. Three persons have voting between J and K who have vote just after the person who is from BSP. Here, we get two possibilities i.e. Case 1 and Case 2.

N have voting before the person who is from SP and after the person who is from TDP. Person is from NCP have voting before O and after P. Here, Case 1 is ruled out.
