SBI PO 2026 Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of three phases:
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination
- Online Objective Test
- 100 Marks
- Duration: 1 Hour
Phase-II: Main Examination
- Objective Test: 200 Marks
- Descriptive Test: 30 Marks
Phase-III
- Psychometric Test
- Group Exercise
- Personal Interview
Final selection will be based on marks obtained in Main Examination and Phase-III. Preliminary marks will not be considered for final merit.

Negative Marking : For every wrong answer, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted. No penalty is applicable for unanswered questions.
