• Both countries, Israel and Gaza spent many years without any diplomatic relationships and supporting countries boycotted them.
• At the preliminary hearing South Africa blamed Israel’s acts were capable of treating as a genocide Convention by evaluating the data of deaths and casualties and distruction of health infrastructure.
• South Africa’s expectations from the provision measures are that the military operation in Gaza by Israel will be suspended.
• On the other hand Israel claimed its action as the response to the terror attacks by Gaza on 7th October last year.
• It is interesting to see whether Israel will abide by any provisional measure or not.
