• By enhancing community based TB care models, encouraging the front line health workers, strengthening supply chain,empowering local communities and decentralized TB services, India can reduce the effect of disease in the mental as well as social status of affected persons and can enhance treatment outcomes.
• India needs to prioritize person centered solutions to fight with Tuberculosis across the country.
