‘Vocabulary’
- Boorish (adj.)
Meaning: rough and bad-mannered; coarse. (अशिष्ट)
Synonyms: loutish, uncouth, rude
Antonyms: genteel, polite, civil
Sentence: I found him rather boorish and aggressive.
- Impoverished (adj.)
Meaning: lacking money or material possessions (गरीब)
Synonyms: poor, broke, beggared
Antonyms: affluent, wealthy, rich
Sentence: They were impoverished by a prolonged spell of unemployment.
- Renascence (noun)
Meaning: the revival of something that has been dormant. (नवयुग)
Synonyms: revival, rebirth, resurgence
Antonyms: death, extinction, expiration

- Nosedive (noun)
Meaning: the act or process of going to a lower level or altitude (पतन)
Synonyms: drop, dip, decline
Antonyms: rise, climb, ascent

- Personage (noun)
Meaning: a person (often used to express their significance, importance, or elevated status). (व्यक्ति)
Synonyms: person, man, human
Sentence: There is no evidence for such a historical personage.
- Lenity (noun)
Meaning: kind, gentle, or compassionate treatment especially towards someone (सज्जनता)
Synonyms: mercy, clemency, empathy
Antonyms: vengeance, revenge, ruthlessness
Sentence: Michael was admired for his lenity and tolerance.
- Recondite (adj.)
Meaning: difficult for one of ordinary knowledge or intelligence to understand (गंभीर)
Synonyms: esoteric, profound, abstruse
Antonyms: superficial, shallow, simple
Sentence: Such teachings are very recondite and need a considerable study to understand fully.
- Intricacy (noun)
Meaning: something that makes a situation more complicated or difficult (जटिलता)
Synonyms: complexity, difficulty, complication
Antonyms: simplicity, simpleness
Sentence: The price depends on the intricacy of the work.
- Appanage (noun)
Meaning: something granted as a special favor (विशेषण)
Synonyms: privilege, boon, entitlement
Sentence: Use of the grounds was just one appanage he bestowed upon the caretakers of his estate.
- Regale (verb)
Meaning: entertain or amuse (someone) with talk. (मनोरंजन करना)
Synonyms: entertain, amuse, delighted
Antonyms: bored, tired
Sentence: She regaled the guests with the best dishes she could offer.
