‘Vocabulary’
- Bibliography (noun)
Meaning: a list of the books referred to in a scholarly work, typically printed as an appendix. (ग्रन्थसूची)
Synonyms: list of references, book list, catalog
Sentence: The instructor provided the students with an excellent bibliography on local history.
- Stature (noun)
Meaning: the distance of something or someone from bottom to top. (ऊंचाई)
Synonyms: altitude, elevation, height
Sentence: He saw a man of great stature.
- Purlieu (noun)
Meaning: the area near or surrounding a place. (क्षेत्र)
Synonyms: vicinity, neighborhood, outskirts
Sentence: We stopped at one of the several pubs in the purlieus of the stadium.
- Interminable (adj.)
Meaning: endless (often used hyperbolically). (अनंत)
Synonyms: seemingly endless, endless, never-ending
Antonyms: intermittent, periodic

- Trouncing (verb)
Meaning: defeat heavily in a contest. (पूरी तरह से हार)

- Scintillate (verb)
Meaning: emit flashes of light; sparkle. (चमकना)

- Bevy (noun)
Meaning: a large group of people or things of a particular kind. (झुंड)

- Provenance (noun)
Meaning: the place of origin or earliest known history of something. (उत्पत्ति)
