  1. Jubilation (noun)

Meaning: a feeling of great happiness and triumph. (आनंदोत्सव)

Synonyms: exultation, triumph, joy

Antonyms: agony, anguish, desolation

Sentence: There were scenes of jubilation among her supporters.

  1. Skirmish (noun)

Meaning: an episode of irregular or unpremeditated fighting, especially between small or outlying parts of armies or fleets. (झड़प)

Meaning: requiring or using great exertion. (ज़ोरदार)

Meaning: occurring after one’s death (मरणोपरांत)

  1. Nitty-Gritty (adj.)

Meaning: having to do with the practical details of regular life (दैनिक)

Synonyms: everyday, mundane, prosaic

Antonyms: rare, singular, uncommon

  1. Reciprocity (noun)

Meaning: the practice of exchanging things with others for mutual benefit, especially privileges granted by one country or organization to another. (आदान-प्रदान करना)

Synonyms: collaboration, mutualism, harmony

Antonyms: antagonism, antipathy, enmity

Meaning: existing or occurring in the same period of time. (समसामयिक)

  1. Veritable (adj.)

Meaning: formal true or real —used to emphasize a description (सच्चा)

Synonyms: authentic, genuine, real

Antonyms: doubtful, dubious, equivocal

Sentence: The area is a veritable paradise for those who love walking

  1. Revanchism (noun)

Meaning: a policy of seeking to retaliate, especially to recover lost territory. (प्रतिशोध)

Synonyms: revenge, vengeance, reprisal

Sentence: But we also know that revanchism is never-ending.
