- Befuddled (adj.)
Meaning: unable to think clearly; confused or perplexed. (उलझना)
Synonyms: bewildered, confused, dazed
Antonyms: clearheaded, conscious
Sentence: Even in my befuddled state I could find my key.
- Alms (noun)
Meaning: a gift of money or its equivalent to a charity, humanitarian cause, or public institution (दान)
Synonyms: donation, contribution, benefaction

- Libel (noun)
Meaning: a published false statement that is damaging to a person’s reputation; a written defamation. (निंदलेख)
Synonyms: defamation, misrepresentation, vilification
Antonyms: praise, respect, commendation
Sentence: The governor’s office issued a statement accusing the state’s largest newspaper of libel.
- Pursuance (noun)
Meaning: the carrying out of a plan or action. (अनुसरण)
Synonyms: implementation, carrying out, fulfilment
Antonyms: non-performance, nonfulfillment
Sentence: They may need to borrow money in pursuance of their legal action.
- Secern (verb)
Meaning: to understand or point out the difference in (अलग)

Meaning: an authoritative prohibition. (पाबंदी)
