  1. Stupendous (adj.)

Meaning: extremely impressive. (अद्भुत)

Synonyms: amazing, astounding, astonishing

Antonyms: common, customary, mundane

Sentence: He was a man of stupendous stamina and energy.

  1. Mosey (verb)

Meaning: walk or move in a leisurely manner. (चला जाना)

Synonyms: amble, perambulate, ramble

Sentence: I’ll just mosey on down to the beach for a while.

  1. Balderdash (noun)

Meaning: senseless talk or writing; nonsense. (बकवास)

Synonyms: nonsense, gibberish, claptrap

Antonyms: sensibleness, discernment

Sentence: Every word that came out of the drunk man’s mouth was balderdash.

Meaning: instigate or stir up (an undesirable or violent sentiment or course of action). (भड़काना)

Meaning: find a way around (an obstacle). (गतिरोध उत्पन्न)

  1. Magnanimity (noun)

Meaning: the fact or condition of being magnanimous; generosity. (उदारता)

Synonyms: generosity, charitableness, benevolence

Antonyms: virulence, cattiness, malevolence

Sentence: I can’t believe she had the magnanimity to forgive that drunk driver who wrecked her car.

  1. Shunned (adj.)

Meaning: persistently avoided, ignored, or rejected. (त्याग)

Synonyms: avoided, dodged, eluded

Antonyms: accepted, courted, embraced

Sentence: Historians of political thought have largely shunned the work.

  1. Expedite (adj.)

Meaning: make (an action or process) happen sooner or be accomplished more quickly. (शीघ्र)

Synonyms: speed up, accelerate, hurry

Antonyms: delay, encumber, fetter

Sentence: He promised to expedite economic reforms.

  1. Elate (verb)

Meaning: make (someone) ecstatically happy. (उल्लसित)

Synonyms: thrilled, exhilarated, happy

Antonyms: demoralize, discourage, dishearten

Sentence: He was greatly elated by success.

  1. Entrant (noun)

Meaning: a person or group that enters, joins, or takes part in something. (शामिल होनेवाला)

Synonyms: beginner, newcomer, fresher

Antonyms: dropout, noncandidate

Sentence: The prize will be awarded to the entrant who wins the tiebreak.
