‘Vocabulary’
- Inane (adj.)
Meaning: having or showing a lack of common sense or judgment; absurd and foolish (मूर्खतापूर्ण)
Synonyms: silly, foolish, stupid
Antonyms: meaningful, significant, eloquent
Sentence: Penny began an inane conversation about the book she was reading to fill the silence.
- Badger (verb)
Meaning: repeatedly ask (someone) to do something; pester. (परेशान करना)
Synonyms: tease, pester, bother
Sentence: Don’t constantly badger people with stupid questions.
- Fiduciaries (noun)
Meaning: a person or thing with trustworthy qualities. (भरोसेमंद)
Synonyms: trustee, trustworthy, loyal
Antonyms: unreliable, untrustworthy
Sentence: This is otherwise known as a fiduciary relationship.
- Unintelligible (adj.)
Meaning: impossible to understand. (अस्पष्ट)
Synonyms: incomprehensible, indiscernible, confusing

Sentence: Dolphin sounds are unintelligible to humans.
- Tinderbox (noun)
Meaning: a potentially explosive place or situation (हिंसक स्थिति)
Synonyms: violent, volcanic, ferocious
Antonyms: nonviolent, peaceful, peaceable

- Waspish (adj.)

- Liaison (noun)
Meaning: communication or cooperation which facilitates a close working relationship between people or organizations. (मेल जोल)
Synonyms: cooperation, contact, association
Antonyms: disaffiliation, dissociation, incompatibility
Sentence: We maintained a close liaison with the trade union.
- Quashing (verb)
Meaning: reject or void, especially by legal procedure. (रद्द करने)
Synonyms: cancel, reverse, rescind
Antonyms: enact, establish, endorse
Sentence: His conviction was quashed on appeal.
