  1. Ascension (noun)

Meaning: the act of rising to an important position or a higher level. (अधिरोहण)

Synonyms: ascent, climb, rise

Antonyms: descent, downfall, downgrade

  1. Fretting (verb)

Meaning: be constantly or visibly worried or anxious. (बेचैन रहना)

Synonyms: worry, be anxious, feel uneasy

Antonyms: calm, relaxed, confident

Meaning: noisy and difficult to control. (प्रचंड)

Meaning: a conference between opposing sides in a dispute, especially a discussion of terms for an armistice. (बातचीत)

Meaning: offering nothing that is stimulating or challenging. (नीरस)

Meaning: a wide street in a town or city, typically one lined with trees. (मार्ग)

  1. Exertion (noun)

Meaning: physical or mental effort. (तनाव)

Synonyms: strain, struggle, toil

Antonyms: struggle, toil

Sentence: A person with nephritis must avoid all exertion.
