‘Vocabulary’

  1. Apostate (noun)

Meaning: a person who renounces a religious or political belief or principle. (स्वधर्मत्यागी)

Synonyms: dissenter, heretic, nonconformist

Antonyms: conformist, loyalist

Sentence: The most furious anarchist becomes the most barefaced apostate.

  1. Fastidious (adj.)

Meaning: very attentive to and concerned about accuracy and detail. (दुराराध्य)

Synonyms: scrupulous, punctilious, assiduous

Antonyms: undemanding, unfastidious, unfussy

  1. Sagging (adj.)

Meaning: sinking or bulging downward underweight or pressure or through lack of strength. (लटकते)

  1. Juxtaposition (noun)

Meaning: the fact of two things being seen or placed close together with contrasting effects. (निकटता)

Synonyms: contrast, proximity, closeness

Antonyms: distance, remoteness

  1. Blight (verb)

Meaning: have a severely detrimental effect on. (नुक़सान)

Meaning: the highest point in the development of something; culmination or climax. (परिणति)

Meaning: waste or debris of any kind. (बेकार)

Synonyms: debris, waste, rubble

Meaning: competent or skilled in doing or using something. (प्रवीण)

Synonyms: skilled, skillful, expert

Antonyms: amateur, inexperienced, inexpert

  1. Forged (adj.)

Meaning: copied fraudulently; fake. (जाली)

Synonyms: bogus, counterfeit, fake

Antonyms: genuine, real, unfaked

  1. Serendipity (noun)

Meaning: the occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way. (नसीब)

Synonyms: luck, good fortune, chance,

Antonyms: mischance, misfortune, unluckiness

Sentence: Nature has created wonderful serendipity.
