Antonyms: be sad, commiserate

  1. BANTER (NOUN): (हंसी उड़ाना): teasing

Synonyms: jeering, ridicule

Antonyms: flattery, praise

  1. EXTENSIVELY (ADVERB): (बड़े पैमाने पर): widely

Synonyms:  broadly, greatly

Antonyms:  minutely, marginally

Synonyms: concur, harmonize 

Antonyms:  deviate, dissent

  1. PSEUDONYM (NOUN): (उपनाम): false name

Synonyms:  nick name, alias

Antonyms: real name, authentic name

Example: All the characters in the play used their pseudonym.

  1. NEUROSIS (NOUN): inhibition 🙁विक्षिप्ति

Synonyms: aberration, abnormality 

Antonyms: normality, sanity

Example:  Soni got a neurosis about chemicals and imagined them everywhere doing her harm. 

  1. VOLTE-FACE (NOUN): annulment 🙁पक्ष परिवर्तन)

Synonyms: cancellation, rescinding 

Antonyms: enactment, validation

Example:  Ankit volte faced about the decision to marry Natasha. 

  1. AFFABLE (ADJECTIVE): friendly 🙁भद्र)

Synonyms: amiable, genial 

Antonyms: rude, unfriendly

Example: She has an affable nature. 

  1. OBVERSE (NOUN): front 🙁अग्रभाग)

Synonyms: complement, counterpart 

Antonyms: back, rear

Example:  He needs to practise humbleness which is the obverse of your usual arrogance. 

  1. EAGER (ADJECTIVE): anxious 🙁आतुर)

Synonyms: keen, ambitious 

Antonyms: dispassionate, uneager 

Example: The CBI was eager to prosecute the vice chancellor for extortion.
