Eligibility Criteria 2025:
Educational Qualification
- Higher Secondary (+2) or equivalent with minimum 35% marks OR Madhyamik with Stenography Course and 35% marks.
- Knowledge of operating computers with a minimum 3-month certificate from Govt./recognized institute.
- Typing speed: 40 wpm in English.
- Shorthand speed: 100 wpm in English.
- Relaxation of 5% in qualifying marks for SC/ST/PH/Ex-SM.
Age Limit
- Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 23/09/2025.
- Upper age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/PH/Govt. Servants.
TPSC Personal Assistant Salary:
Selected candidates will be placed in Level-9 of the Tripura State Pay Matrix:
₹ 5700 – 24,000 + Grade Pay ₹ 2800 (PB-2, Pre-revised)

Tripura PSC Personal Assistant Selection Process 2025:
The recruitment will be conducted in three stages:
- Preliminary Examination (Screening Test) – 100 Marks
- Objective Type OMR-based Test
- Duration: 1½ hours
- Note: Marks will not be counted for final merit list; only qualifying in nature.
- Type Writing & Shorthand Writing/Transcription Test – 300 Marks
- Type Writing (Computer) – 100 marks
- Shorthand Writing & Transcription (Computer) – 200 marks
- Qualifying Marks:
- General: 50%
- SC/ST: 40%
- Main Examination – 250 Marks
