Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess a 2-year full-time degree in MBA / MMS / PGDBA / PGDBM / PGPM / PGDM from a University/Institution recognized by Govt. of India or approved by Govt. regulatory bodies.
Desirable Certifications: NISM / IRDAI / NCFM / AMFI
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Wealth Management in Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Broking/Securities Firms, or Asset Management Companies in an Officer/Managerial role.
Age Limits(as on 01/08/2025):
- Minimum Age: 25 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years
(Relaxation applicable as per category rules – SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwBD: 10 years, etc.)
Union Bank of India Wealth Manager Salary:
The Wealth Manager post is in MMGS-II scale with the following pay structure:
Basic Pay: Rs. 64820–2340(1)–67160–2680(10)–93960
Approx. CTC (Mumbai): Rs. 21 Lakhs per annum
(CTC varies based on posting location)
Union Bank Wealth Manager Probation & Bond:
- Probation Period: 2 years
- Indemnity Bond: Rs. 2,50,000 + applicable taxes (3-year service bond)
