Eligibility Criteria (as on April 1, 2022)

Age

Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 25 years
The candidate must have been born not earlier than April 2, 1997 and not later than April 1, 2002 (both dates inclusive)

Education Qualification

Graduate in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India OR any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.

Specific information/ instructions

The appointment of Executive will be purely on contractual basis. The contract would be initially for a period of 1 year and may be reviewed for extension on year-to-year basis for a further period of 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance, completion of assigned mandatory e-certifications, availability of vacancies at the relevant point of time and any other criteria. On successful completion of a period of 3 years of contractual service, such appointees shall become eligible for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A) in the Bank through a selection process that would be conducted by the Bank. Appointment as Grade A will be as per the prevailing policy of the Bank and availability of vacancy at the relevant point of time. The Executive will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as given below:

Selection process

The selection process shall comprise of an Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).

• The above tests except the tests of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
• Candidates have to qualify in each of the four tests, by securing cut-off marks as decided by the Bank.
• Penalty for Wrong Answers – For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score.

Educational Qualifications

Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge of computer is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.

How to apply

Candidates can apply through Online only, from June 03, 2022 to June 17, 2022 both dates inclusive. Application in any other mode will not be accepted.
