The announcement of the winner of Miss India 2022 was made yesterday (i.e. 3 July 2022) at the finale event of Miss India 2022. A 21-year-old Sini Shetty from Karnataka has been crowned as the Miss India 2022. Manasa Varanasi from Telangana, Miss India 2020, has crowned her successor Sini Shetty as Miss India 2022. The finale event was organized at the Jio Convention Centre in Mumbai on Sunday evening.

About Sini Shetty:

Sini Shetty belongs from Karnataka and is currently pursuing a course in Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). She will be the official entry from India and representing India at the prestigious 71st Miss World pageant.

Crowned ceremony of Miss India 2022:

Rubal Shekhawat from Rajasthan become the Miss India 2022 first runner-up while Shinata Chauhan from Uttar Pradesh has been crowned as Miss India 2022 second runner-up.

The finale of the Miss India pageant 2022 was wonderful with performances by Kriti Sanon and Lauren Gottlieb. The host of the grand event was Maniesh Paul.

The jury of Miss India 2022:

The Miss India jury panel made up actors such as Neha Dhupia, Dino Morea and Malaika Arora. Cricketer Mithali Raj is also part of the jury. Rahul Khanna, Rohit Gandhi and Shiamak Davar had been also a part of the panel.

First tribal in Femina Miss India 2022:

Riya Tirkey comes from Jharkhand, is the first tribal to reach at the grand finale of the Femina Miss India 2022. The 24 year old Riya Tirkey has not won the title but she has won many hearts at the event.

Riya Tirkey has been doing her efforts for this day since 2015 and finally make it happened the stage after working hard for almost 8 years. She has dreamt for becoming an entrepreneur and promoting tribal culture.
