- Candidates Should Possess Graduate from a recognized university or Institution in any of the subjects viz. Home Science, Nutrition, Child Development, Psychology, Economics, Social Work or Sociology
(or)
- Should be a Graduate from recognized university or institution and should have three years experience as Bal Sewaka or Gram Sewaka or Anganwadi Workers; and
- Should have knowledge of Punjabi language upto Matriculation Standard

- Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limit: 37 Years

- For General Category/ Freedom Fighter/ Sports: Rs.1000/-
- For SC/BC/ EWS candidates: Rs. 250/-
- For Ex-Servicemen & Dependent: Rs. 200/-
- For Physical Handicapped: Rs. 500/-
