SEBI Officer Grade A Recruitment Educational Qualification:
| Stream | Educational Qualification |
| 1. General | Master’s Degree in any discipline, or Bachelor’s Degree in Law, or Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering from a recognized university, CA / CFA / CS / CWA. |
| 2. Legal | Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute. |
| 3. Information Technology | Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Information Technology / Computer Science) or Masters in computer application or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a postgraduate qualification (minimum 2 years duration) in Computers / Information Technology. |
| 4. Research | Master’s Degree in Statistics/ Economics / Commerce / Business Administration (Finance) / Econometrics from a recognized University/ Institute. |
| 5. Official Language | Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at the bachelor’s degree level or Master’s Degree in Sanskrit / English / Economics / Commerce with Hindi as a subject at the bachelor’s degree level from a recognized University/Institute. |
| 6. Engineering (Electrical) | Mandatory Educational Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
Desirable Experience – (i) Working knowledge of electronic systems like CCTV surveillance systems, Addressable Security Alarm and Fire Alarm systems, EPABX, UPS system, etc. (ii) Experience in maintenance of lifts, pumps, air-conditioning plants, etc. (iii) Experience of administering construction projects in all its aspects and knowledge of PERT/CPM techniques |

SEBI Officer Grade A Recruitment Salary:
- Pay scale: ₹ 44,500-2,500(4)-54,500-2,850(7)-74,450-EB-2,850(4)-85,850-3,300(1)-89,150 (17 years).
- Gross emolument (approx.) at the minimum of this scale:
- Without accommodation: ₹ 1,49,500/- per month.
- With accommodation: ₹ 1,11,000/- per month.
- Other benefits include Grade Allowance, Special Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Family Allowance, Local Allowance, Learning Allowance, Special Grade Allowance, etc., along with benefits like Leave Fare Concession, Medical Expenses, Education Allowance, Financial Dailies, Conveyance Expenses, and more.
SEBI Officer Grade A Recruitment Application Fee:
- ₹ 1000/- plus 18% GST for Unreserved, OBC, and EWSs categories.
- ₹ 100/- plus 18% GST for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
