- Stringent (adj.)
Meaning: (of regulations, requirements, or conditions) strict, precise, and exacting (कड़ी से कड़ी)
Synonyms: strict, harsh, tough
Antonyms: flexible, lax, loose
Sentence: California’s air pollution guidelines are stringent.
- Heinous (adj.)
Meaning: (of a person or wrongful act, especially a crime) utterly odious or wicked (जघन्य)
Synonyms: horrible, horrific, terrible
Antonyms: delightful, nice
Sentence: They admitted to the most heinous crimes.
- Trivialize (verb)
Meaning: make (something) seem less important or significant (महत्वहीन)
Synonyms: underestimate, undervalue, devalue

- Foist (verb)
Meaning: impose an unwelcome or unnecessary person or thing on (थोपना)

Meaning: catch (someone) doing something wrong (दबोचना)
Synonyms: catch, capture, arrest

- Perpetrator (noun)
Meaning: a person who carries out a harmful, illegal, or immoral act (अपराधी)
Synonyms: wrongdoer, offender, culprit
Antonyms: innocent, good person
Sentence: The perpetrators of this horrific crime must be brought to justice.
- Duped (verb)
Meaning: to deceive or cheat easily (ठगा)
Synonyms: deceive, trick, cheat
Antonyms: undeceive, correct

- Sacrilege (noun)
Meaning: violation or misuse of what is regarded as sacred (अपवित्रीकरण)

- Intervene (verb)
Meaning: come between so as to prevent or alter a result or course of events (हस्तक्षेप करना)

- Vicinity (noun)
Meaning: the area near or surrounding a particular place (आस-पास)
Synonyms: surroundings, neighborhood, locality
Antonyms: distance, remoteness, far
Sentence: There isn’t a good school in the vicinity.
