  1. Iniquitous (adj.)

Meaning: grossly unfair and morally wrong. (अन्यायी)

Synonyms: wicked, sinful, evil

Antonyms: decent, ethical, good

Sentence: Have you seen this bill? It’s iniquitous!

  1. Iconoclast (noun)

Meaning: a person who does not conform to generally accepted standards or customs (संप्रदायवादी)

Synonyms: counterculturist, deviant, nonconformist

Antonyms: conformer, conformist

Sentence: But he shows little sign of being an iconoclast.

  1. Promontory (noun)

Meaning: a point of high land that juts out into a large body of water; a headland. (चोटी)

Synonyms: headland, ness, point

Meaning: a loud clamor or public outcry. (कोलाहल)

Synonyms: noise, howl, outcry

Meaning: the action of stealing things of little value. (चोरी)

Synonyms: filching, pilfering, purloining

Meaning: a thing that is the direct opposite of something else (विलोम)

Synonyms: (direct) opposite, converse, reverse

Antonyms: synonym, replica, duplicate

Sentence: Slavery is the antithesis of freedom.

  1. Facticity (noun)

Meaning: agreement with fact or reality (तथ्यात्मकता)

Synonyms: truth, accuracy, authenticity

Antonyms: falsity, untruth

Sentence: The facticity of the manuscript is indubitable.

  1. Foolproof (adj.)

Meaning: incapable of going wrong or being misused. (सरल)

Synonyms: flawless, reliable, infallible

Antonyms: imperfect, flawed, defective

Sentence: The system is pretty well foolproof.

  1. Understate (verb)

Meaning: describe or represent (something) as being smaller, worse, or less important than it actually is. (परदा डालना)

Synonyms: play down, downplay, underplay

Antonyms: exaggerate, overdo, overdraw

Sentence: The press has understated the extent of the problem.

  1. Deem (verb)

Meaning: regard or consider in a specified way. (समझना)

Synonyms: regard as, consider, judge

Antonyms: distrust, doubt, mistrust

Sentence: I deem it advisable to buy property now.
