‘Vocabulary’
- Quiescent (adj.)
Meaning: in a state or period of inactivity or dormancy. (मौन)
Synonyms: inactive, inert, latent
Antonyms: active, busy
Sentence: The political situation was now relatively quiescent.
- Posthaste (adv.)
Meaning: with great speed or immediacy. (बहुत तेज़ी से)
Synonyms: immediately, promptly, readily
Antonyms: slowly, ploddingly, sluggishly
Sentence: Medical aid must be sent to the stricken area posthaste.
- Disburse (verb)
Meaning: pay out (money from a fund). (चुकाना)
Synonyms: pay out, spend, expend

- Proclivity (noun)
Meaning: a tendency to choose or do something regularly; an inclination or predisposition toward a particular thing. (झुकाव)

- Subtlety (noun)
Meaning: the quality or state of being subtle. (सूक्ष्मता)
Synonyms: delicacy, delicateness, subtleness
Sentence: He argued his case with considerable subtlety.
- Enamor (verb)
Meaning: be filled with a feeling of love for. (आनंदित करना)
Synonyms: in love with, infatuated with, besotted with
Antonyms: allergic, averse
Sentence: Her beauty enamored the prince.
- Vantage (noun)
Meaning: a place or position affording a good view of something. (सहूलियत)
Synonyms: viewpoint, standpoint, stance
Antonyms: detriment, stranglehold

- Flawed (adj.)
Meaning: blemished, damaged, or imperfect in some way. (त्रुटिपूर्ण)

- Dawdle (verb)
Meaning: waste time; be slow. (समय नष्ट करना)

- Expediency (noun)
Meaning: the quality of being convenient and practical despite possibly being improper or immoral; convenience. (मुनाफ़ा)

Sentence: The government is torn between principle and expediency.
