Introduction
Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited (BRBNMPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Reserve Bank of India which prints bank notes (Indian rupees) for the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). It was established in 1995 to address the demand of bank notes. The company operates in Indian and global markets, catering to security document needs of Central banks and monetary authorities of the world by designing, printing and supplying banknotes. BRBNMPL supplies a major portion of bank note requirement in the country with the remaining requirements met through Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL), a public sector undertaking wholly owned by Government of India. BRBNMPL has two presses in Mysore and Salboni.
Mysore -The machinery at Mysore Site has been supplied by Switzerland.
Salboni.- The machinery at Salboni has been supplied by Japan.
भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक नोट मुद्रा प्राइवेट लिमिटेड (BRBNMPL) भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक की पूर्ण स्वामित्व वाली सहायक कंपनी है जो भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक (RBI) के लिए बैंक नोटों (भारतीय रुपए) का मुद्रण करती है। यह 1995 में बैंक नोटों की मांग को पूरा करने के लिए स्थापित किया गया था। कंपनी भारतीय और वैश्विक बाजारों में चल रही है, बैंकनोटों की डिजाइनिंग, प्रिंटिंग और आपूर्ति करके केंद्रीय बैंकों की सुरक्षा दस्तावेज जरूरतों और दुनिया के मौद्रिक प्राधिकरणों को पूरा करती है। BRBNMPL देश में बैंक नोट की आवश्यकता के एक बड़े हिस्से की आपूर्ति करता है, जो भारत सरकार के स्वामित्व वाले पूर्ण सार्वजनिक उपक्रम, सिक्योरिटी प्रिंटिंग एंड मिंटिंग कॉर्पोरेशन ऑफ़ इंडिया लिमिटेड (SPMCIL) के माध्यम से प्राप्त शेष आवश्यकताओं के साथ है। BRBNMPL के मैसूर और सालबोनी में दो प्रेस हैं।
