STEP I- The vowels which are preceded by a consonant and followed by a symbol are rearranged in the end of the series (after B) in alphabetical order.
STEP II- The consonants which are followed by a number is replaced with its opposite letter in the alphabetical series and placed in the starting of the series (before Q) in alphabetical order. (for ex. If M is that consonant, it will be replaced by N and placed before Q)
STEP III- One is added to the numbers which are preceded by a symbol.
(STEP II is applied after STEP I and STEP III is applied after STEP II)
